Gangjeong Goryeong Weir is a weir in the Nakdong River that stretches from Dasan-myeon of Goryeong-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do to Dasa-eup of Dalseong-gun, Daegu. It was built as a part of the Four Great Rivers Improvement Project.
The ARC designed by world-famous architect, Hani Rashid, has been recognized for the formative beauty and artistic value as it visualizes the moment a fish jumps over the surface of water and the ripples at the moment the ducks and drakes touch the surface of water. The Arc is a three-story building with a basement and the gross floor area of 3,761 ㎡ and offers a cultural complex to the visitors of the Nakdong River.
